Agreement
  1. United Track System (Pvt.) Ltd: party of the first part hereinafter referred as "UTS" will provide the tracking and monitoring services to the clients.
  2. Customer/client; party of the second part hereinafter to be referred as client who will avail the tracking and monitoring services for his/her/their vehicle(s). Below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable on UTS brands i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum.
  3. UTS will install tracking device in the vehicle.
  4. UTS will start providing the monitoring services to the customer either payment is made in full or in Installment by the customer. An MOU with customer will be signed in case of payment in installments.
Device Retention
  1. If the lessee/user of vehicle wishes to retain tracker device with insurance, he/she/they will have to pay for the tracker device while renewing the policy. In case of transfer the device to any other vehicle, transfer and policy endorsement charges will have to be paid.
  2. If the insurance policy is not renewed and tracker device is required by the client, the same may be obtained by paying for tracker device along with annual monitoring fee with new agreement.
  3. If the insurance policy is not renewed and tracker device is not required, then tracker device is to be returned to UTS. Failure to return the same will be resulted the penalty of Rs.500/- per month in addition to cost of tracker device.
Change of Vehicle
  1. In case of change of vehicle by client the device may be transferred to other vehicle after payment of Rs.2,500/- as transfer charges. However, in case of availing the rental package, the client will inform the UTS before sale/transfer of vehicle to remove the device as property of UTS.
  2. In above case, UTS will keep the device in its store/custody for a period of two months and after that UTS will not be liable for any claim in this regard.
Vehicle Recovery assistance
  1. The client will be responsible to inform UTS control center about any case of theft /snatch of vehicle at earliest. Failing which UTS will not be responsible for any of said case.
  2. UTS will provide recovery assistance in case of theft/snatch with the help of Law Enforcement Agencies without admitting any liability/responsibility for any loss or-damage in any case. System can only be fool proof by following conditions: (A) Vehicle remain in GPS and GSM network coverage area. (B) It is to be ensured that tracking device is not tempered/dismantle.
  3. The vehicle engine will shut off only in case of theft /snatch after reporting the same to the police (15) and to provide report number to UTS control center. UTS will not shut off Vehicle's engine in any other scenario. It will be the responsibility of the client to inform UTS about any change in status of vehicle parties.
Termination of Services

In case of cancellation /termination of contract on the expiry of service period, tracking services will be terminated (for insurance Customers only). In accordance with insurance agreement UTS will repossess tracking device from vehicle.

General
  1. UTS decision regarding any issue will be final, however in case of any dispute, same may be resolved by arbitration before referring the matter to court with the consent of parties.
  2. In case the UTS Tracking Device or its components are misused or damaged due to any tampering, the lessee/user of vehicle will be liable for consequential losses including Legal or criminal proceedings initiated by UTS.
  3. UTS will not be responsible for any dispute of money matters of the client with any other party. If the client drags UTS in it by providing false information, his/her/their contract with UTS will be terminated automatically and he/she/they will be liable to pay Rs.25, 000/- (rupees twenty five thousands only) as damages.
  4. The client will be liable to present his/her/their vehicle for check-up /maintenance and repair whenever it will be required verbally or written by UTS, failing which UTS will not be liable/responsible for any loss or damage.
  5. The client may call the UTS representative for vehicle checkup free of cost regarding any problem due to Tracking device installed by UTS, however, if fault is not on the part of UTS system and/or its installation, client will be charged Rs. 500/-with in city and Rs.1,000/- out of city as visit charges.
  6. UTS shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its control (“Force Majeure”) including, but not limited to, acts of God, war or military operations, national or local emergency. The functioning and coverage of the VHF and/or GPS/GSM networks are also deemed to be matters beyond company’s reasonable control.

4May I Call UTS representative for vehicle checkup?

Yes, You may call the UTS representative for vehicle checkup free of cost regarding any problem due to tracking device installed by UTS, however, if fault is not on the part of UTS system and/or its installation, you will be charged with standard rates as application for within city and out of city as visiting charges.

5Does my vehicle show any identification marks?

No, identification marks which could identify the vehicle as having a tracking system installed such as stickers, flashing lights, honking, alarms, keys, dial-pads, remotes etc. are extremely dangerous and therefore not recommended.

6How can I conform that My UTS tracking device is working?

By using “UTS Tracking” (Mobile Application), United webtrack” (https://webtrack.unitedtracker.com/) or calling the UTS Control Room, you can simply check the vehicle’s current location at any time. You may directly contact our service center for rectification.
