Job Description:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, sales, customer service, Installations, AMC Recovery and Vehicle recovery in accordance with the company's objectives.
Develops new business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
Achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Operations Officer or other branch personnel.
Responsible for attaining established branch goals through active participation.
May perform duties in the absence of the Operations Officer or other such management capacities as directed by the head office (General Manager).
Qualification/Experience:
MBA/Graduate from recognized university/college.
Preference will be given to those who have relevant experience of Tracking &/or Insurance industry and excellent Management skills.

Corporate Sales Executive

Job Description:
Drive the business forward with a strong focus on new client acquisition.
Ensure a qualified pipeline of viable business revenues at all times sufficient to fulfill designated sales/prospect/conversion objectives.
Report projected revenue efficiently on a timely basis with focus on accuracy of weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast vs. results.
Work closely with Customer Services department to help deliver growth across the business.
Ensure pricing strategies are effectively applied in the field and utilized to maximize revenue and profitability.

Ideal candidate must be an experienced Web Applications developer having an experience of solid software development.
Responsible for designing, developing and implementing .NET based Web and distributed applications (ASP.NET, C#).
Must be able to translate business and technical requirements into logical and physical designs.
Ability to clearly communicate both within the team and with the client.
Must be able to write formal requirements, analysis and technical design documentation
Must be a good learner to adopt and maintain programming standards to continually improve quality of application software
Qualification/Experience:
Bachelors / Masters Degree in (CS, IT, SE) from recognized university/college.
Minimum 1 Year (Non-Manager) working experience in Microsoft .Net Web Technologies is essential
Skills Required:
Strong programming skills in .NET Platform - ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET.
Must be highly proficient in SQL Server 2005, AJAX , XHTML, DHTML,XML, CSS, Web application security and Web 2.0
Strong mathematical and analytical skills and clear understanding of OOAD concepts and architecture designing
Experienced in developing enterprise level systems that utilize a tiered and component approach
Familiarity with new emerging architectures such as SOA and good concepts of Web 2.0, RIA etc.
Experience of implementing web services or service-oriented architecture shall be given preference.
