This privacy policy governs your use of the application UTS Tracking for mobile devices that was created by United Software & Technologies International. The Application is a service provided to registered clients of UTS (United Tracking System) a vehicle tracking company.
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and use the Application. When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your Username (“Username” which is provided to clients at the time of registration at UTS (United Tracking System) ) (b) Password (a password which is provided to UTS (United Tracking System) clients to view information provided by the UTS (United Tracking System) about its tracked Vehicle) (c) Phone State of Mobile Device (It uses phone state of Mobile Device for opening Dialer feature however no calls are made automattically)
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use , your mobile operating system and information about the way you use the Application.
This Application does show precise information about the location of your mobile device but with proir permission or warning to user. We does not use your Location for any serious purpose and it is not a threat in any way to application user moreover we don’t store your device location.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here or informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in Pakistan. If you reside outside the Pakistan your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Pakistan privacy standards.
